STEP 3.     Once payment is received and funds have cleared, your audit report will be ready in 5 business days or less.  Note: All files submitted on Friday - Monday will be treated as though they were submitted on the next business day.  All files submitted after 2pm will be treated as though they were submitted the following business day.

 

STEP 4.     Your audit report and/or loan modification package will be sent to you via email as a pdf file when completed.  Requests for hard-copies will require an additional fee of $75.
